Job vacancy: Project Administrator

The Centre for Gender and Global Health is based in the Institute for Global Health, University College London. The Institute's aims to support the development of robust solutions to aspects of the world's major global health challenges through scholarly outputs, education, public policy and professional practice.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly-organised Project Administrator, with excellent administrative and communication skills. The post-holder will contribute to the SELMA Project focussing on the sexual health of migrants and refugees, in partnership with research partners in Switzerland, Pakistan and Qatar.  Day-to-day project management will include both administrative functions and communications.

The post-holder will provide dedicated assistance for travel planning and bookings, processing expenses, managing financial records of the SELMA project in collaboration with the Finance Officer of IGH. Providing diary planning and co-ordination of Professor Hawkes diary. Organising the logistics of conference calls, meetings, conferences and public events. Liaising with a range of contacts such as international bodies and research councils and liaise with internal contacts such as UCL HR, Finance and other Departments.

The post is available from September 2019 through to 31 August 2020, in the first instance

The post-holder will be based at the Institute for Global Health, Centre for Gender and Global Health, 30 Guildford Street, London WC1N 1EH.
