Ashiqun Nabi

Ashiqun Nabi is a PhD student at IGH. His interest in politics and policy analysis is attributed to his academic training in Public Policy (MSc from School of Public Policy, UCL) and years of research experience in several Bangladesh based think-tanks. His PhD research is focused on analysis of policy interventions for controlling NCD risk factors in Bangladesh. The project is exploring the underlying political processes of public decision-making. It is expected that the research would contribute to the understanding of knowledge-policy linkage. Personally, Nabi likes travelling, endorses cultural diversity and equal rights, and dislikes people’s obsession with social media.
